Valve control and monitoring

Process plants consist of hundreds, or even thousands, of control loops. Each of these control loops is designed to keep some important process variables such as pressure, flow, level, temperature, etc. Any control loop usually consists of a sensor of the process condition, a transmitter and a controller that compares the “process variable” received from the transmitter with the “set point,” i.e., the desired process condition.

We provide valve controllers with the ability to interface with different sensors such as pressure, temperature, flow, and more. These valve controllers could be battery-driven with solar or wind charging.

This makes it possible to deploy and control valves in remote areas, where it is difficult to have power and connectivity.

Using our cloud connectivity and storage, valves can be monitored and controlled from the cloud, with no need to do heavy development. The connectivity and storage are encrypted for security.
